We will not reveal any information to any external organization unless we have previously informed the members in disclosures or agreements, have been authorized by them, or are required by law.

We will announce how members may remove their name or update their data information from our lists. At any time, members may contact us to remove their names from such lists.

We will not use or share -- internally or externally -- personally identifiable information for any purpose other than an official Betan function, or as disclosed to the members when the information is collected, or to which the member consents.

We will attempt to keep Betan files complete, up-to-date, and accurate.

We will announce how and where to conveniently access member's data information (except when prohibited by law) and how to notify us about errors which we will promptly correct.

We will permit only authorized members to have access to any data information.
